Chief Minister Sri Pinarayi Vijayan inaugurated the Centennial Celebration of the school on 28th January 2017 by lighting the traditional ‘Nilavilakku’. He asserted that the Government are committed to improve the facilities at all schools in the state. This will be achieved with the help of School Managements, PTA, NGO, Local-Self Governments, elected representatives and the local public. All the class-rooms should be digitised. He lauded the contributions of the school in the development of the community.
