The National Service Scheme volunteers were everywhere. Be it the flood affected area or a place for the destitute, the NSS volunteers spring to action. This academic year, they distributed food for the flood victims at Pandalam (Pathanamthitta District). The relief works were carried out with the support of the leaders of the Local Self Government. They visited Gandhi Bhavan, Pathanapuram, had lunch with the inmates and presented stage performances. Sri. Vimal Kumar & Smt. Meera, both HSS teachers, led the team of students.
